Production method
Vertically integrated industrial production: sugarcane cultivation at Fazenda Lageado, industrial extraction and distillation of the must (Unidade Lageado) followed by finishing, standardization and, when applicable, aging in the company's treatment/cooperage lines (e.g. at the nearby Taboão unit). Distillation is carried out using continuous column stills according to company guidelines.
