This cachaça is suited both to neat tasting, preferably in a glass that concentrates the aromas, and to restrained interpretations in quality cocktails; it pairs well with dark chocolate, fruit-and-nut desserts and aged cheeses, and is also interesting as an after-dinner drink. Serving suggestion: slightly chilled to open the aromas and enjoy the complexity without losing the natural character of the spirit.
