Production method
Work with estate-grown grapes from Grande Champagne plots, distillation according to the traditional method in charentais stills and maturation in oak barrels; the maison practices classic blending, vintage bottlings and some single-cask or experimental finishes.

Ageing
Maturation in oak barrels; for a limited portion of batches new barrels are used (followed by further ageing in older casks); the maison has also released editions finished in American oak casks.
Producer history François Voyer
The Voyer family has cultivated vineyards and produced eaux-de-vie in the Grande Champagne area for generations; the maison's production is rooted in the communes of Verrières and Ambleville. In recent years the maison has been led by cellar master Pierre Vaudon, who has upheld traditional practices and pursued some experimental maturation trials.
