Cabernet Sauvignon is a vine originating from the Bordeaux area, which has been successfully cultivated in Italy for some time. Perfectly adaptable to the territory, it makes all the characteristics of the terroir particularly recognizable. In the Eastern Veneto part it gives soft and well-structured wines; an elegant product whether aged in wood, or lean and fresh.
In the glass it shows a beautiful intense ruby red color. The nose is particularly aromatic, vinous and fresh, with marked references to hints of ripe fruit. The taste brings back the typical personality of Cabernet Sauvignon, complex and with elegant tannins.
It can be enjoyed with savory first courses, red meats and poultry. It is perfect with seasoned cheeses and typical Venetian cured meats.
It is recommended to decant it 1 hour before consumption.
