The 410 Chardonnay Brut Metodo Classico from Tenuta di Caseo is a refined and vibrant expression of Chardonnay grown in the Modena hills, where the microclimate and limestone soil promote a balance between freshness and structure.

The metodo classico emphasizes the art of aging with a second fermentation in the bottle, followed by a long rest on the lees that gives fine bubbles and an olfactory complexity rich in notes of bread crust, almond, and white flowers. On the palate, it presents a vibrant acidity and a savoriness that envelops, balanced by an elegant softness that leaves a long and clean persistence.

Perfect as an aperitif or paired with raw fish dishes and fresh cheeses, it is a toast of great character that encapsulates the essence of the Emilia territory in every glass.
