The 530 Pino Nero Brut Rosè Metodo Classico by Tenuta di Caseo is an ethereal expression of South Tyrolean viticulture, a region renowned for its hilly soils and cool climate that enhance the structure and finesse of the grapes. Produced exclusively from Pinot Nero, this sparkling wine stands out for its bottle fermentation according to the traditional Metodo Classico, which imparts complexity and a fine, persistent perlage.

In the glass, it presents an elegant pale pink color, accompanied by a refined bouquet with notes of small red fruits, delicate floral hints, and a typical mineral touch from the terroir. On the palate, it is lively and balanced, with a pleasant freshness and a harmonious aftertaste that invites the next sip.

Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with shellfish, light appetizers, and fish dishes, enhancing the gastronomic experience with its freshness and finesse.
