Acquavite di Nocciola 70cl - Haselnussgeist - Roner is a distillate that elegantly tells the story of the South Tyrol region, where the hazelnut is an integral part of the agricultural tradition. Obtained from the distillation of selected hazelnuts, this acquavite expresses intense and enveloping aromas, with toasted notes of fresh walnut and hints of cocoa and vanilla due to its patient aging. The result is a smooth and balanced distillate, capable of surprising with its aromatic finesse and palate persistence.



Ideal as a digestive, it pairs wonderfully with chocolate-based or dried fruit desserts, but can also be enjoyed on its own, enhancing every moment of relaxation with its rich structure and the distinctive character of local hazelnuts. Distillation

Predominant use of discontinuous copper stills; vacuum distillation in the still "Luisa" for certain products; declared double distillation for the rum; maceration for liqueurs.

Ageing

Variable aging: some spirits remain in stainless steel (e.g. certain fruit spirits), others (e.g. R74 Aged) mature for years in wooden barrels; the technique depends on the individual product.
