Don Anselmo Aglianico Vulture Superiore DOCG from Paternoster offers an intense, measured profile typical of the Vulture area. On the nose there are ripe dark and red fruits, with aromas of plum, cherry and hints of sweet spice; herbaceous notes and a slight minerality add freshness. On the palate it is full-bodied, with present but well-integrated tannins, supported by lively acidity that maintains balance and leads to a long, convincing finish.

It pairs well with grilled red meats, roasts, game and aged cheeses; it complements robust dishes and mushroom-based preparations. Serve at around 16-18 °C and allow the wine to breathe a few minutes before tasting. The wooden and plexiglass case combines protection and presentation, suitable for storage and as a gift. It is ideal for convivial occasions and for quieter tasting moments. Producer: Paternoster.
