Alta Langa DOCG Millesimato Brut Metodo Classico - Magnum - Astucciato - Cuvage è un vino spumante elegante e raffinato, prodotto attraverso il metodo classico e invecchiato nelle cantine della rinomata casa vinicola Cuvage. Questo millesimato rappresenta l'eccellenza delle colline dell'Alta Langa, zona celebre per la sua capacità di produrre vini spumanti di qualità superiore.

Alla vista si presenta di un giallo paglierino brillante con riflessi dorati, caratteristica distintiva di un Metodo Classico ben affinato. Il perlage è fine e persistente, indice di una lunga rifermentazione in bottiglia. Al naso, si percepiscono delicate note di agrumi, frutta secca e accenni di crosta di pane, derivanti dalla prolungata maturazione sui lieviti.

Winery history
Cuvage was established as a producer of quality sparkling wines based in Acqui Terme; the brand is reported in sources as founded in 2011. Over the years it has pursued a path focused on promoting Piedmontese grapes and, since 2021, has been part of Gruppo Argea, which has supported the expansion of its product initiatives and its international visibility.
Production philosophy
The winery emphasizes the expression of the terroir and meticulous attention to detail: from vineyard work to secondary fermentation in the bottle, the aim is to achieve a balance between the cuvée and the perlage, with a focus on sustainability and social responsibility.
Terroir and vineyards
It operates mainly in the hills of Piedmont and selects grapes sourced from the wine-producing areas of Alto Monferrato and southern Piedmont, with a selected supply chain that includes several of the area's characteristic soil types.
