Alta Langa DOCG Millesimato di Cuvage è un'eccellenza spumantistica prodotta nel cuore del Piemonte. Questo vino spumante metodo classico, ottenuto da uve Pinot Nero e Chardonnay, esprime eleganza e complessità grazie alla sua maturazione sui lieviti per un periodo prolungato. Il colore giallo paglierino brillante, con perlage fine e persistente, seduce l'occhio fin dal primo sguardo. Winery history
Cuvage was established as a producer of quality sparkling wines based in Acqui Terme; the brand is reported in sources as founded in 2011. Over the years it has pursued a path focused on promoting Piedmontese grapes and, since 2021, has been part of Gruppo Argea, which has supported the expansion of its product initiatives and its international visibility.
Production philosophy
The winery emphasizes the expression of the terroir and meticulous attention to detail: from vineyard work to secondary fermentation in the bottle, the aim is to achieve a balance between the cuvée and the perlage, with a focus on sustainability and social responsibility.
Terroir and vineyards
It operates mainly in the hills of Piedmont and selects grapes sourced from the wine-producing areas of Alto Monferrato and southern Piedmont, with a selected supply chain that includes several of the area's characteristic soil types.
Awards and recognitions
It has received international recognition for several labels: gold and silver medals at international competitions for wines such as Asti DOCG "Acquesi" and other Metodo Classico sparkling wines. The Alta Langa di Cuvage has also been acknowledged in international competitions.
