The preparation follows a meticulous infusion process, where the lemons, carefully selected and hand-peeled to preserve their essential oils, are left to macerate in an alcoholic solution. A separate infusion of pink pepper is then added, introducing a surprising spicy note that perfectly balances the acidity of the lemon.
