An Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG by Tommasi presented in Jeroboam format, offered in a wooden case for storage and gift presentation. In the glass it shows a deep, compact color that invites a measured approach; on the nose it offers aromas of ripe red fruit, hints of dried fruit and light spicy notes. The palate is enveloping, of great structure and with a tannic frame that is present but balanced, supported by a persistence that travels across the palate. In the finish there are darker recalls, with hints of cocoa and earthy nuances.

It suits moments of contemplation or to accompany savory dishes where a powerful red finds room, pairing with braised meats, roasts and aged cheeses; as a gift it is a restrained choice for important occasions. Recommendations: serve at a controlled temperature and decant in advance to allow the wine to express itself; the wooden case eases transport and presentation, preserving the Jeroboam format.
