Cevico's Anice presents a clear, distinctive aromatic profile, where anise expresses itself with a decisive presence without dominating heavily. On the nose, warm notes of licorice and spicy hints emerge, while on the palate the beverage shows a velvety texture and a sweetness balanced by good freshness; the structure is clean, the drink goes down smoothly and the persistence emphasizes bitter and balsamic tones that leave the sip crisp. The overall sensation is enveloping yet dry, a balance that makes it pleasant even at the end of a meal.

It is naturally suited as a digestif served chilled, but it also finds its place in aromatic blends and in bartending as a component that adds character. In the kitchen it lends flavor to creams, ice creams and dry pastries, pairs well with coffee or traditional confectionery, and can be used to create syrups or flavorings. The generous 200 cl format makes it practical both for home use and for bars and venues that use anise regularly.
