The first produced vintage of Rosso Anima Umbra dates back to 2006. A wine that is aged for 8 months in French oak barriques and then at least 3 months in the bottle.
In the glass it has a bright red color; on the nose it is a riot of aromas that recall currants, plums and floral hints. In the mouth it is dry and fresh, with a pleasant and delicate tannin.
A wine that table goes perfectly with first courses of dry or stuffed pasta with meat and tomato sauces, roasted meats, cured meats and young or medium-aged cheeses.
