On the nose, it reveals vibrant aromas of white-fleshed fruits such as pear and melon, enriched by floral notes and mineral nuances typical of its origin's soil. The influence of the rich and varied soil endows this wine with extraordinary freshness and an intriguing minerality that cleanses the palate.

On the palate, Les Pierres Girard confirms its complexity with a balanced structure and a lively acidity, which harmonize into a long and persistent finish. The savoriness and elegance of this Chenin Blanc make it ideal for pairing with delicate fish dishes or seafood, as well as a variety of vegetarian dishes.

With an aging potential that allows one to appreciate its evolution over time, the Anjou Blanc Sec Les Pierres Girard is a wine that will surprise Chenin Blanc lovers with its purity and finesse.
