On the nose there are impressions of ripe red fruit, light floral notes and a touch of spice that does not overwhelm the overall profile; on the palate it shows present but ripe tannins, an acid structure that supports the drinking and a pleasant persistence. The structure is measured: a suitable body without excess, and a clean, harmonious finish. The organoleptic language is consistent with what one expects from a red of this origin, without exaggerated descriptions.

It pairs easily with traditional meat dishes, moderate roasts and flavorful preparations, as well as medium-aged cheeses; it is suitable for convivial drinking but can also accompany quieter moments.
