Assenzio Blanche 70cl - La Fée is a highly charming distillate, produced according to artisanal methods that preserve the French tradition of the “green elixir”. Born in the Franche-Comté region, the historic heart of absinthe, this product represents a refined balance between aromatic herbs and high-quality neutral alcohol.

The aromatic profile opens with intense notes of star anise, wild fennel, and great wormwood, intertwined with fresh and floral nuances. On the palate, the Blanche is clean and vibrant, with a slightly bitter aftertaste, typical of the Artemisia absinthium plant, which enhances its characteristic identity. The absence of added coloring underlines the purity of the distillate and its versatility in mixology.

Excellent neat, especially diluted with fresh water to highlight its opalescent transformation, Assenzio Blanche also lends itself to classic cocktails such as Hemingway’s “Death in the Afternoon.” A distillate that accompanies tasting moments with personality and creates evocative atmospheres, recalling the mythical and literary origins of this legendary drink.
