L'Asti DOCG Millesimato prodotto dalla cantina Cuvage è un vino spumante che incarna la tradizione e l'eccellenza della viticoltura piemontese. Realizzato con uve Moscato Bianco coltivate nelle colline dell'Asti, questo spumante si distingue per la sua eleganza e freschezza. Alla vista, si presenta con un brillante colore giallo paglierino, arricchito da un perlage fine e persistente.

Al naso, gli aromi sono intensi e complessi, dominati dalle note floreali di zagara e fiori d'arancio, accompagnate da sentori fruttati di pesca bianca, mela e agrumi. Il tocco speziato di salvia e noce moscata aggiunge ulteriore profondità olfattiva.

Winery history
Cuvage was established as a producer of quality sparkling wines based in Acqui Terme; the brand is reported in sources as founded in 2011. Over the years it has pursued a path focused on promoting Piedmontese grapes and, since 2021, has been part of Gruppo Argea, which has supported the expansion of its product initiatives and its international visibility.
Production philosophy
The winery emphasizes the expression of the terroir and meticulous attention to detail: from vineyard work to secondary fermentation in the bottle, the aim is to achieve a balance between the cuvée and the perlage, with a focus on sustainability and social responsibility.
Terroir and vineyards
It operates mainly in the hills of Piedmont and selects grapes sourced from the wine-producing areas of Alto Monferrato and southern Piedmont, with a selected supply chain that includes several of the area's characteristic soil types.
Awards and recognitions
It has received international recognition for several labels: gold and silver medals at international competitions for wines such as Asti DOCG "Acquesi" and other Metodo Classico sparkling wines. The Alta Langa di Cuvage has also been acknowledged in international competitions.
