It shows a light ruby color, lively and transparent, inviting you to drink without pretension but with pleasure. On the nose it’s direct: fresh red fruits, a slight note of cherry and raspberry, floral hints and a herbaceous touch that keep the profile lively. The overall impression is one of balance between freshness and a slight softness, without excess; the acidity supports the sip and keeps the whole clean and easy-drinking.

On the palate it confirms an immediate and gentle character, soft tannins and a lean structure that makes it lively on the palate. The persistence is moderate, with fruity returns and a delicate sapidity that invites another glass. Excellent with everyday dishes: pasta with tomato sauce, pizza, cured meats and non-aged cheeses; it also works well with flavorful fish dishes or white meats. Serve cool, not too cold, to appreciate its freshness and drinkability.
