Belle Epoque Blanc di Perrier Jouët è una celebrazione dell'eleganza e della raffinatezza dello Chardonnay associato alla maison Perrier Jouët. Questo champagne, noto per i suoi dettagli floreali e il suo carattere distintivo, incanta fin dal primo sorso. Alla vista, il Belle Epoque Blanc rivela un colore dorato chiaro, brillante e luminoso, caratterizzato da una perlage fine e persistente.

Al naso si apre con una sinfonia di aromi floreali, in prevalenza di fiori bianchi come il biancospino e il glicine, seguiti da note fruttate di pesca bianca, pera e agrumi. Un accenno di miele e mandorla leggermente tostata completa il bouquet aromatico, rendendo l'esperienza olfattiva complessa e assolutamente unica.

In bocca, esprime una grande freschezza e vivacità. La struttura è rotonda e piena, sostenuta da una piacevole acidità che bilancia perfettamente le sensazioni morbide e cremose. Winery history
Maison Perrier-Jouët was founded by the Perrier-Jouët family and is documented as far back as the early 19th century. Archives and the official website state that the Maison’s roots lie in the founders’ activities, connected to botany and the arts; at the beginning of the 20th century, a collaboration with the artist Émile Gallé produced the Japanese anemone motif that became the symbol of the celebrated cuvée Belle Époque.
Production philosophy
The maison combines art, nature and wine: care for the landscape, artistic inspiration and the pursuit of finesse in the blend guide production. In recent years Perrier-Jouët has also formalized commitments to regenerative agricultural practices and biodiversity initiatives.
