Costa di Giulia by Michele Satta is a white wine bearing the Bolgheri DOC designation, reflecting the winery’s work in a style suited to a range of occasions. The available information does not specify a vintage, grape varieties or production methods, so it is best enjoyed without assigning unconfirmed technical or aromatic characteristics to it. Its identity rests on the wine’s name, its producer and the designation shown on the label.

At the table, it can accompany fish dishes, seasonal vegetables, delicate starters and simple dishes based on white meat. These are suggestions rather than fixed pairings, and can be adapted to the recipe and personal preference. Serve it chilled, but not too cold, as a very low temperature could mute its impression. It may suit an informal lunch or a dinner where a white wine is wanted alongside dishes that are not overly intense. For a more precise understanding of its style, check the vintage and the latest information provided by the producer or retailer.
