The Bianco IGT Anam from Vigne di San Lorenzo shows a bright straw colour and clear, non-aggressive sensory notes. The nose offers hints of white‑fleshed fruit, citrus peel and a floral touch; the whole is supported by a vibrant freshness that makes the profile fragrant and inviting. On the palate it has medium body, a balance between acidity and roundness and a saline texture that supports the finish. The drinking is immediate, with a linear progression and an aromatic return to citrus and light herbs.

It is a versatile wine, suitable to accompany delicate fish dishes, antipasti and vegetable preparations, yet it also stands up to saltier pairings thanks to its mineral note. Serve chilled, around ten to twelve degrees, to bring out its aromas. It pairs with carpaccio, shellfish and fresh soft cheeses and also works well as an aperitif. Ideal for everyday drinking and informal occasions; cellar storage at a constant temperature is recommended, with no need for long ageing before consumption.
