Pairing Fish, light appetizers, vegetable-based dishes
Clear, bright white, this Marche IGT Guerrieri presents an elegant and immediate profile: it opens with aromas of white-fleshed fruit, peach and apple, citrus nuances and a subtle weave of white flowers. The acidity is lively but well balanced, supported by a pleasant sapidity that gives lift to the sip without weighing it down; the medium body is smooth and slightly enveloping, suitable for those seeking a versatile white with a modern yet measured character.

On the palate the clarity is clean and the match with the aromas is convincing, with citrus echoes and a light mineral note that keeps the palate fresh. The persistence is pleasant, without excess, and the finish remains on savory, fresh tones. Excellent with seafood appetizers, crudos and fish first courses, but it also stands up to fresh cheeses and lightly spiced dishes; it also works well as an aperitif wine. Serve around 10-12 °C to best appreciate the aromatic profile.
