The Bianco Secco Castelfranco Emilia IGT from Righi shows a bright straw-yellow color with green highlights. On the nose it offers a restrained, well-defined profile with aromas of white-fleshed fruit, light citrus notes and subtle floral hints that develop during tasting. On the palate it is fresh and slender, characterized by lively acidity and a saline texture that balances its drinkability; the body is medium in character and the finish is linear and clean, with measured persistence inviting a second sip.

It is recommended to serve chilled, around 8–10 °C, in tulip-shaped glasses to enhance freshness and delicate aromas. It is a versatile wine, suitable with seafood starters, light fish dishes, grilled vegetables and fresh cheeses; it also works well as a summer aperitif thanks to its drinkability. With a balanced profile, it is ideal to consume young to appreciate its primary aromas.
