Pairing Aperitifs, light dishes, salads
Bianco Zero Alcool by Agriverde offers an immediate, straightforward sip, designed to keep freshness lively without alcoholic content.

On the nose there are pleasant hints of citrus and white-fleshed fruit, with a floral note that makes the whole gentle and inviting; on the palate it is light but well-defined, characterized by a pleasant acidity and a sapidity that balances the aromatic profile. The texture is soft, without alcoholic warmth, and the finish is moderate: a drink suited to those seeking cleanliness and drinkability without sacrificing character and harmony. It works very well as an aperitif or to accompany cold starters, seafood salads, light fish dishes and fresh cheeses; it is a versatile companion for summer lunches and convivial moments when you want something refreshing and unobtrusive. Serve well chilled to enhance its liveliness; its neutrality also makes it useful in more sophisticated pairings, where delicacy should support but not overpower the other flavors.
