Pairing Aperitifs, fish, shellfish
This Blanc de Blancs from Franciacorta DOCG by Tenuta Montenisa and Marchese Antinori presents an elegant, luminous profile. In the glass it shows fine perlage and an immediate bouquet of ripe citrus, green apple and subtle bready notes. The character is fresh and vertical, supported by a saline texture that invites the sip; the structure is slim but well-defined, with balanced acidity and a restrained softness that makes it easy to drink. The finesse of the bubbles supports the sip and lengthens the finish without ever weighing it down.

It is ideal as an aperitif but pairs with refined seafood dishes, baked fish, shellfish and fresh cheeses; serve well chilled in a flute or wide coupe to enhance its aromatics and bubbles. Serve around 6–8°C to appreciate its freshness and tension. The presentation box enhances it as a gift or for occasions that call for style; a Franciacorta that speaks of precision and purity more than opulence, designed for those who seek elegance and freshness in the glass.

Winery history
The Antinori family has been connected to winemaking for centuries and is recorded as active in the wine trade as early as 1385. The "Marchese Antinori" label is among the winery's historic names; since the 2011 vintage the Chianti Classico Riserva "Marchese Antinori" has been produced exclusively from grapes from Tenuta Tignanello, one of the family's most representative estates.
Production philosophy
It combines respect for tradition and the land with technical innovation: vineyard care, ampelographic research and careful winemaking practices to enhance the expression of Sangiovese and the historic parcels of Chianti Classico.
Terroir and vineyards
Production is firmly rooted in Chianti Classico. The Tenuta Tignanello estate is located on the hills between the Greve and Pesa valleys; the soils are calcareous-marly, which contribute to the wine's character.
