The Bolgheri Superiore DOC Casa di Terra is a wine that expresses the strict and refined essence of the Tuscan denomination of Bolgheri. Produced with a careful selection of typical grape varieties from the area, often Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc, this wine fully represents the territorial character rich in minerality and structure. The aging, usually carried out in wood, gives complexity and depth, harmonizing elegant tannins with soft and enveloping notes.
On the nose, it opens with intense aromas of ripe red fruits, such as cherry and plum, accompanied by spicy hints and slight balsamic notes, which increase its persistence.
