Elegant organic interpretation of Brunello di Montalcino by Camigliano. It has a fragrant yet composed profile: ripe cherry and wild berries intertwine with darker notes of undergrowth, tobacco and light sweet spices. On the palate it shows good structure, firm but well-balanced tannins and an acidity that supports the sip, lending freshness and lift. The constant balance between the fruity component and the savory, sapid texture makes it suitable for aging but also enjoyable today. The finish is persistent, with echoes of ripe red fruit and a subtle balsamic note.

The organic farming is perceptible in the purity of the aromas and the cleanliness of the fruit: it doesn't seek artifices, instead it aims for clarity and precision. Serve at around 16-18°C, with a short decanting if opened immediately. It pairs with roasted red meats, braises, game and aged cheeses; it is also ideal with rustic traditional dishes when you want a wine capable of supporting intense flavors without overpowering them.
