The Brut Selection Grand Cru Magnum from Juillet Lallement Winery offers an exclusive tasting experience, enhanced by its presentation in an elegant case. This sparkling wine stands out due to its origin from Grand Cru classified vineyards in the prestigious Champagne region of France.

With a bright straw yellow color and fine, persistent bubbles, the Brut Selection Grand Cru expresses a seductive aromatic complexity on the nose. Notes of green apple, citrus, and white flowers harmoniously blend with light hints of toasted bread and yeast, a result of prolonged aging on the lees in the barrels.

On the palate, the structure is well-balanced, with a lively freshness typical of wines from the Grand Cru area. The creaminess of the sip is accompanied by flavors of white-fleshed fruit, almond, and a delicate mineral aftertaste that adds elegance and length to the wine. The finish is clean and persistent, leaving a pleasant sensation of completeness.

This Magnum Champagne is designed for special occasions, perfect as an aperitif or to accompany refined dishes such as oysters, shellfish, or a delicate fish carpaccio. The magnum size not only ensures better wine evolution but transforms the tasting into a true sharing ritual.

The presence of the case also makes it a prestigious gift for any wine enthusiast. A treasure to discover, the Brut Selection Grand Cru from Juillet Lallement represents the quintessence of Champagne style and elegance.

Winery history
The Juillet-Lallement house was established at the beginning of the 20th century through a collaboration between Paul and Arthur Lallement and René Juillet, who registered the collective name R. JUILLET P. & A. LALLEMENT. Management passed to Pierre Lallement, and in 1973 the company joined the Club Trésors de Champagne. In the early 2000s the family baton was taken up by Jean Lallement, supported by his wife Virginie, who still run the business today.
Production philosophy
The approach focuses on respecting natural cycles and on considered, low-impact vineyard management; the stated aim is to showcase the terroirs and grape varieties through responsible farming practices.
Terroir and vineyards
The domaine is located in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, in the village of Verzy. The vineyards extend over two terroirs — Verzy and Sillery — both classified Grand Cru, on a chalky subsoil. The parcel structure comprises multiple plots with an average age of around 40 years, plus one older parcel planted in 1949.
