The Brut Tradition by Jean Milan is an excellent expression of champagne, originating from the heart of the prestigious Oger region in the heart of Côte des Blancs, renowned for the extraordinary quality of its Chardonnay. The Jean Milan winery, with a tradition dating back to 1864, stands out for its dedication to creating pure Chardonnay champagnes, known as Blanc de Blancs.

This particular Brut Tradition is made exclusively from hand-picked Chardonnay grapes sourced from the finest family-owned vineyards. With an initial fermentation followed by a long maturation on the lees, this champagne develops a complexity and structure that make it distinctive. The second fermentation in the bottle, following the traditional method, further enhances its finesse.

Visually, the Brut Tradition boasts a bright straw yellow color, with very fine bubbles that create an elegant and persistent perlage. On the nose, lively notes of white fruits such as apple, pear, and hints of citrus emerge, accompanied by delicate floral notes and a slight hint of almond and toasted bread. On the palate, it is fresh and vibrant, with a remarkable minerality typical of the calcareous soils of Oger. The balance between acidity and body is impeccable, with a long and pleasantly aromatic finish.

This champagne is perfect as an aperitif but also has the stature and versatility to accompany a variety of dishes, from delicate appetizers to fish and seafood dishes. An exemplary classicism that celebrates the craftsmanship and history of Jean Milan winemaking, the Brut Tradition is an illustrious addition to any wine collection or for celebrating special moments.
