The Brut Vintage of Pol Roger, offered in Magnum format, represents the excellence of the sparkling art of Champagne, a region famous for its spring water and its soils rich in limestone, ideal for the cultivation of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. This vintage champagne is produced exclusively in the most favorable years, ensuring a superior quality that reflects the pure expression of the terroir.

The vinification of this Brut Vintage follows traditional methods, with an aging in bottle of several years that gives complexity and finesse to the final product. On the nose, it opens with elegant notes of ripe white fruits, toasted almonds, and a slight nuance of bread crust, typical of quality foam. On the palate, it is enveloping, fresh, and lively, with a harmonious balance between acidity and sapidity that invites long sips.

Perfect to accompany oysters, shellfish, or a fish carpaccio, this magnum champagne is ideal for special occasions when you want a wine with a commanding presence and a well-defined personality, capable of evoking authentic emotions.

Winery history
Founded in 1849 by Pol Roger, the house moved to Épernay in the early 1850s and is still managed by the family's descendants. During the 20th century the house consolidated its reputation, forging a historic link with Winston Churchill and developing a network of estate vineyards complemented by supplies selected from Grands e Premiers Crus. In recent decades the house has renovated its cellars and refreshed its image while maintaining traditional winemaking practices and long cellar aging.
Production philosophy
Pol Roger focuses on stylistic consistency and grape quality: separate vinifications by cru and variety, predominant use of steel and concrete, extended time on the lees and traditional riddling. Grape selection favors high-quality crus to preserve elegance, structure and finesse.
Terroir and vineyards
Based in Épernay, it sources grapes from its own vineyards and from growers in the main Champagne areas, including Montagne de Reims, Vallée de la Marne and Côte des Blancs. The Maison uses grapes from selected Grand Cru and Premier Cru sites.
