Ca Bianca Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Riserva by Begali presents an intense, precise texture, typical of a top‑grade Amarone. In the glass it reveals an enveloping concentration: ripe red and black fruits alternate with delicate notes of cherries preserved in spirit, plum and a hint of cocoa and sweet spices. The palate is rich yet balanced, with polished tannins supporting a dense softness and well‑measured acidity; the finish is long, with fruity echoes and a slightly spicy trail. Overall it shows a balance that combines power and refinement.

Serve after a short decanting to open the aromas and appreciate the structure. It pairs with structured dishes: braised meats, stewed game, rich ragù and aged cheeses; it also surprises alongside a square of dark chocolate. Ideal for those seeking a wine of character, able to stand up to important dishes without losing finesse: a generous and measured table companion to be enjoyed slowly.
