A traditional wine that expresses with great class the main characteristics of one of the most important Piedmontese vines.
The grape harvest takes place in the third decade of September and the first of October. The grapes are then fermented in temperature-controlled tanks for 15 days and then aged in large barrels for 12 months. Filtration is not used.
This red comes in color ruby red with purplish veins. On the nose, notes of sweet spices such as cinnamon and cloves are enhanced, combined with aromas of the undergrowth and hints of red fruits. In the mouth the wine is soft, very enjoyable with delicate and fine-grained tannins.
A fresh, juicy, inviting and very drinkable wine that lovers of the genre will certainly appreciate. Well balanced Barbera with lively acids and excellent length on the finish. To be enjoyed in combination with meat dishes and cheese platters.
