The Cabernet Sauvignon Collio DOC from Marco Felluga presents a clear, controlled profile, reflecting the grape within the denomination. Visually it shows a deep ruby color; on the nose there are notes of ripe red fruit, subtle herbaceous hints and a touch of spice that adds to the aromatic complexity. On the palate it is balanced, with measured tannins and a structure that supports the sip without dominating: overall it favors precision over opulence.

It pairs with grilled red meats, braised dishes and stews, hard cheeses and traditional recipes that require a confident accompaniment. A short decantation can help open the aromas; serve not too cold to appreciate its full character. Suitable for those seeking a contemporary, restrained interpretation of Cabernet Sauvignon in the Collio DOC, and for convivial meals with structured dishes.
