"Camelot" comes from grapes from the vineyards of Baglio Sorìa located in the municipality of Agro, in the province of Trapani. The red berries of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot are carefully selected and then left to ferment in stainless steel tanks. After malolactic fermentation, it is left to refine for 9 months in French oak barriques and subsequent 6 months in bottle before being put on the market.
An excellent and fragrant wine, of great vigor, which absolutely satisfies the nose and palate. It is shown in the glass of a beautiful intense ruby red color. Fruity aromas of raspberries, blueberries and wild strawberries rise to the nose, blended with hints of cinnamon, cocoa and aromas of eucalyptus. The taste is extremely soft and structured, with a velvety tannic texture.
Perfect paired with grilled and roasted meats, also excellent to accompany game and aged cheeses.
