Elegant in the magnum format and presented in a gift box, this Deutz rosé Champagne expresses a measured and refined character. The colour is luminous, with light powdery-pink hues on a saline base; the mousse is fine and persistent, while the aromatic profile balances notes of freshly picked red fruits, a floral veil and a hint of yeast that adds complexity. The impression on the nose is immediate but controlled, with citrus freshness supporting the structure. The signature is one of elegant finesse, suitable for those seeking a bubbly perfect for convivial moments.

On the palate it shows density and drive: the bubbles envelop the palate with creaminess, the acidity is lively but balanced by a savory finish that prolongs the persistence without weighing it down. The magnum format contributes to greater harmony in the sip, ideal for celebrations or as a refined gift; the gift box makes it an immediate and impressive present. It pairs gracefully with raw seafood, crustacean dishes, carpaccios and red-fruit desserts; serve chilled, around 8–10 °C.

Winery history
Founded in Aÿ by William Deutz and Pierre-Hubert Geldermann, the Maison established itself in the Champagne scene thanks to the quality of its cuvées. Over time it underwent phases of modernization and changes in ownership that enabled investments in its production facilities; today it is part of the Louis Roederer group. The cellar uses its historic chalk galleries for aging and continues to showcase the area's crus.
Production philosophy
Priority is given to respect for the terroir and to patience: the estate favors distinct vinifications for each cru, carefully calibrated blends and extended cellar aging to develop complexity and finesse, rather than rapid production cycles or invasive manipulations.
Terroir and vineyards
Production is rooted in Aÿ and draws on parcels distributed across the Montagne de Reims, Côte des Blancs and the Vallée de la Marne. The House works both estate vineyards and grapes selected from growers in the surrounding municipalities.
