Pairing Aperitifs, seafood, light dishes
Art'Terre Brut Nature by Thomas Perseval presents a clear, direct personality: fine bubbles and a fresh crusty-bread note that opens the nose, followed by delicate white flowers and a hint of citrus that doesn't overpower.

On the palate, the typical dryness of a zero-dosage translates into tension and liveliness; the sip is lean yet substantial, animated by a salinity that supports the drinkability and by a pleasing persistence that leaves mineral and white-fruit echoes. The perlage is fine-textured, with a discreet creaminess that wraps the sip without weighing it down. This is a Champagne that favors purity and balance over ostentation; ideal when you seek freshness without losing structure. It works very well as an elegant aperitif but also suits seafood dishes — raw and lightly cooked — and fresh cheeses. Serve chilled, around 8 °C, in a flute or tulip glass to appreciate the perlage and the clarity of the sip.
