Champagne B16 AOC by Bollinger is a sparkling wine from the Champagne appellation. The available information identifies the product by the name B16, but does not specify the vintage, grape composition, dosage or length of ageing. For these details, it is best to consult the technical sheet or the bottle label. Without this information, specific aromas or a defined taste profile cannot be reliably described. The appellation does, however, identify it as a sparkling Champagne, suited to convivial occasions.

A cool serving temperature, without chilling it excessively, is a suitable choice. Open the bottle carefully and store it away from light and temperature fluctuations. It can be served as an aperitif or alongside delicate fish dishes, seafood and lightly salted snacks. These are general suggestions for Champagne and should be adjusted to personal taste and the actual characteristics of the bottle. It is an option to consider for shared meals and toasts, while the label and producer’s information should guide any more specific expectations.

Terroir and vineyards
Awards and recognitions
