The Champagne Blanc de Blancs Cuvée 82/17 Solera Nature Grand Cru from the Vazart-Coquart cellar is a true gem for lovers of refined wines. This Champagne, produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes from Grand Cru vineyards, represents the excellence of the Solera technique applied to the traditional methods of Champagne. The Cuvée 82/17 refers to the complexity of the blend, which integrates reserve wines from 1982 to 2017, acquiring a unique depth and richness.

The Nature vinification (without added sugar) allows the terroir to emerge with crystalline purity. On the nose, it opens with delicate notes of fresh citrus, white flowers, and slight hints of brioche. On the palate, the bubbles are fine and persistent, offering a silky texture and a marked minerality, typical of the limestone soils of the Grand Cru. Flavors of green apple, lemon, and a touch of almond create a perfect balance between freshness and complexity.

This Champagne is wonderfully suited as a refined aperitif or paired with raw fish dishes and shellfish, where its vibrant acidity and elegant structure can enhance the flavors of the sea. To preserve its authenticity, it is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 8-10°C. A work of oenological art that fully reflects the mastery and passion of the Vazart-Coquart cellar.
