Classy Champagne within the Premier Cru designation, this Brut Héritage in magnum format delivers an elegant, measured profile. The perlage is fine and persistent, and the initial aromatic impression alternates fresh citrus and green apple with delicate yeast and brioche notes, with a floral hint that adds finesse. On the palate it is lean yet present: the acidity supports the drinkability, the salinity provides tension, and the texture is compact without being overbearing, with a persistence that invites a second glass. The magnum amplifies depth and harmony, making the bottle suitable for moments of sharing or an elegant table.

It works well as a high-quality aperitif, but also stands up to delicate seafood pairings, simple shellfish and soft cheeses; serve chilled to appreciate the freshness and the finesse of the perlage. A solid reference for those seeking balance and grace in a Premier Cru Champagne.

Winery history
The Folonari family has deep roots in the Brescia area and has been involved in wine production since the late 18th century. At the end of the 19th century the headquarters were moved to Brescia, and in the early 20th century the family acquired the historic Ruffino winery. In the 1960s Nino Folonari began a shift toward quality with the acquisition of estates in Chianti. In 2000 Ambrogio and Giovanni Folonari established Ambrogio e Giovanni Folonari Tenute, which brings together several estates in Tuscany, while the Folonari brand offers an extensive range of table wines and appellation wines.
Production philosophy
Enhance the production areas, combine tradition and innovation, and focus on grape quality to produce wines that are distinctive and closely tied to their territory; the company's plan includes investments in the estates and attention to the diversity of terroirs.
Terroir and vineyards
Headquarters and estates are mainly in Tuscany, with production and a presence also in north-eastern regions such as Veneto and in areas like the Collio; the company’s history begins in the Bresciano and includes references to territories around Lake Garda and beyond.
