Champagne Cave Privée 1996 Rosè by Veuve Clicquot presents itself as a collectible bottle, offered in a wooden case that highlights its special character. The colour shows antique pink hues with a fine, regular perlage; on the nose there are impressions of ripe red fruit and wild berries, accompanied by delicate notes of toasted bread and a mineral hint. On the palate the fruit's softness is foregrounded, supported by still vibrant freshness, with a persistent, saline finish that invites reflection.

It suits special occasions and pairs with more structured seafood dishes, elaborated white meat preparations and soft cheeses; it is also ideal as a tasting bottle or as an important gift. It is recommended to serve in wide tulip glasses at about 8–10 °C, and to check the condition of the bottle and case before purchase, given its vintage nature. For storage, maintain constant temperature and humidity and consult the seller for information on provenance and storage conditions.
