Pairing Aperitif, seafood, fish, white meats, creamy cheeses
Champagne Cuvée Saint-Pétersbourg from Veuve Clicquot, presented in a box, is aimed at those who prefer a classically styled sparkling wine. In the glass it shows fine perlage and a balanced profile; the aromatic range is restrained, developing towards white fruit, light biscuity notes and a mineral underpinning. The acidity keeps the palate lively while the structure provides pleasant salinity, finishing clean with good persistence.

It works well as an aperitif but also pairs gracefully with seafood starters, shellfish and lightly structured fish dishes; it stands up to delicate international preparations and softer cheeses. Serve well chilled, around 8–10 °C, in a flute or tulip glass to highlight the bubbles and aromas. The boxed presentation makes it practical as a gift or for keeping the bottle until opening; best consumed young to appreciate its tension and freshness.
