Elegant and with clear tension, this Blanc de Blancs expresses a fresh, linear style typical of the finest expressions of Champagne. On the nose it opens with compact citrus notes, green apple and white flowers, with slight biscuity hints that attest to a well‑measured lees contact; a mineral streak and a light lemon zest emerge on the finish. The effervescence is fine and persistent, giving a vibrant and clean sensation. On the palate it impresses with the balance between lively acidity and a subtle salinity that support the sip without weighing it down, leaving a fragrant, brisk finish.

Slender in structure but with good persistence, it offers elegant drinkability that suits both as an aperitif and to accompany seafood, crustaceans and delicate preparations. It is also a suitable companion to fresh cheeses and simple fish dishes; best served well chilled to preserve its brightness. A Champagne of refined character, designed for those seeking finesse, freshness and pleasantness in the glass without excess.
