On the nose, the Colli Euganei DOC Chardonnay displays an intriguing bouquet with notes of green apple, white peach, and floral nuances that intertwine with light streaks of vanilla and butter, deriving from a brief aging in barrique. The taste is balanced, fresh, and creamy, with good acidity that highlights its elegance and supports a persistently aromatic finish.

In terms of gastronomic pairings, this Chardonnay wonderfully complements dishes based on fish, shellfish, and white meats. It is also excellent as an aperitif or to accompany light pasta dishes with vegetable-based sauces.
