Chardonnay DOC from Alto Adige by Erste+Neue: a white wine with a fresh, clear profile, intended for those seeking immediate drinkability without embellishment. On the nose there are notes of green apple, ripe pear and citrus peel, accompanied by delicate floral hints; the aromatic picture remains restrained and recognizable, with an overall clean olfactory impression.

On the palate it confirms its balanced character, with lively acidity supporting the sip and a medium-bodied structure that makes it easy to drink. The finish is clean and of good persistence, suitable for everyday consumption yet versatile enough for informal dinners. It pairs with light seafood, oven-baked or grilled fish, shellfish, cold starters, salads and fresh cheeses; it also works as an aperitif wine. The palate is smooth and invites a second glass without weighing down. Recommended to serve chilled but not too cold so as not to mute the aromas.
