A mountain wine, whose characteristic notes are determined precisely by sudden changes in temperature. A white wine with a characteristic straw yellow color. It is produced with pure Chardonnay grapes - 100% Chardonnay grapes - hand harvested around mid-September. The grapes undergo soft pressing and ferment in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18°C for 12 days. Subsequently the wine ages on the yeasts with bâtonnage for 6 months.

On the nose it presents notes of banana, plums and broom. The taste is fresh, soft.

Perfect to pair with aperitifs, first courses, both white and red meats and cheeses. In short, it is a perfect wine for every occasion. It is presented in a simple but surprising way.

Winery history
The Charrère family has been connected to local viticulture for generations; the commercial company Les Crêtes was founded by Costantino Charrère in 1989 in Aymavilles. Over time the company has championed at-risk native grape varieties and planted vineyards in several municipalities across the valley, later passing into the management of the family's next generations.
