After the harvest, the Chardonnay grapes were taken to the cellar and subjected to gentle pressing. The resulting must was subsequently cooled and kept at a temperature of 10°C for approximately 24 hours, thus allowing a natural clarification process. The alcoholic fermentation took place in thermo-conditioned stainless steel tanks, maintaining a temperature of 16°C to best highlight the aromatic characteristics of the grapes.
Visually, it has a straw yellow color and greenish reflections. On the nose, fresh notes of white fruit clearly emerge, including pineapple and papaya, accompanied by floral sensations of jasmine, honeysuckle and orange blossom. On the palate, the wine stands out for its fragrance, flavor, soft entry and well-balanced freshness.
