Chassagne Montrachet - Borgogna Regnard is a refined white wine that best expresses the elegance of the famous Burgundy denomination. Produced with Chardonnay grapes grown in one of the most renowned regions in the world, this wine stands out for its complexity and harmony. The temperate climate and limestone soil impart freshness and minerality that can be perceived both on the nose and the palate. The aging process takes place in oak barrels, which lend softness and light vanilla notes without overpowering the natural fruity expression. On the nose, aromas of white-fleshed fruit, such as apple and pear, emerge, accompanied by subtle floral and mineral hints. On the palate, it reveals itself to be savory and persistent, with a perfect balance between acidity and roundness. Ideal with fine fish dishes or soft cheeses, it is a true tribute to the terroir of the Côte de Beaune.
