Pairing Red meats, game, aged cheeses
In the glass it shows a bright ruby red, typical of Chianti Classico Sangiovese. On the nose it offers a straightforward bouquet of cherry and small red berries, accompanied by hints of violet and a light spicy note; the profile remains clean and immediate, with a freshness that invites a sip. The attack is lively, the well-balanced acidity supports the fruit and leaves room for firm yet smooth tannins, contributing to an overall balance that keeps the wine flowing and focused. It suits the everyday table well without sacrificing a certain finesse.

On the palate it delivers on the nose's promises: the fruit is present, the structure is of medium intensity and the drinking experience is pleasant for its pace and drinkability, with a savory finish that invites a second glass. It is an ideal companion for Italian dishes: pasta with ragù, light roasts, grilled meats and cured meats, but it also stands up to not-too-aged cheeses. Its moderate persistence makes every bite more harmonious. Excellent served at around 16-18 °C to appreciate its freshness and finesse.
