The Chianti Classico DOCG from Fattoria dei Barbi shows an immediate, well-defined character: aromas of ripe cherry, small red fruits and a floral hint recalling violet, supported by discreet herbal notes. On the palate it displays freshness and sapidity, with medium body and fine tannins that mark its structure without weighing it down. The balance between acidity and softness makes the wine agile and easy-drinking, suited to those seeking a Chianti Classico with a sincere personality. Its precision makes it versatile at the table, able to support flavorful dishes without overpowering them.

The finish is pleasant and of good persistence, with fruity returns and a slight spiciness that invites a second glass. It pairs naturally with rustic dishes such as pasta with ragù, grilled meats and semi-aged cheeses; it is also a good choice for an informal dinner with friends. In the glass it always maintains a pleasant drinkability, perfect for those who like wines with a clear but not aggressive character. Serve at around 16–18 °C and, if young, let it breathe for about fifteen minutes to bring out its aromas.
